Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise all hotel departments, including front desk, housekeeping, food & beverage, and guest services, fostering a collaborative and motivated team environment
• Oversee daily hotel operations to ensure smooth functioning and adherence to quality standards
• Develop and implement strategies to maximize revenue through effective pricing, sales initiatives, and occupancy management
• Manage human resources functions such as hiring, training, performance evaluations, and staff development to build a high-performing team
• Maintain excellent guest relations by addressing concerns promptly and ensuring memorable experiences for all visitors
• Oversee budgeting, financial reporting, and cost control measures to ensure profitability while maintaining service quality
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations, hotel policies, and industry standards across all departments
• Utilize hospitality management software and multi-line phone systems to coordinate reservations, guest inquiries, and internal communications
• Lead initiatives for continuous improvement in guest services, including handling night audits and managing front desk operations with professionalism and courtesy

Qualifications

• Proven supervising experience within the hospitality or hotel management sector
• Strong background in hospitality management with comprehensive knowledge of hotel operations and guest services
• Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate teams and foster a positive work environment
• Bilingual or multilingual abilities are highly desirable to serve diverse guests effectively
• Experience in revenue management, budgeting, human resources, and customer service is essential
• Familiarity with hotel management software systems and multi-line phone systems is preferred
• Exceptional communication skills with a focus on phone etiquette and guest relations
• Demonstrated ability to handle night audit procedures and manage front desk operations efficiently
• Previous resort or hotel experience is advantageous but not mandatory

Pay: $51,789.18 - $62,369.77 per year
