Summary

We are seeking a Hotel Housekeeper to join our team at White Rainbow Hotels. This role is essential in maintaining the cleanliness and overall appearance of our hotel properties. Your contributions will directly impact guest satisfaction and uphold our commitment to excellence.

Responsibilities

• Perform daily cleaning tasks in guest rooms, hallways, and common areas to ensure a pristine environment.
• Manage laundry services, including washing, drying, and folding linens and towels.
• Restock supplies such as toiletries and linens as needed to maintain guest comfort.
• Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to management promptly.
• Assist in the training of new housekeeping staff on company standards and procedures.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations in all cleaning activities.

Requirements

• Previous experience in hotel housekeeping or a similar role preferred.
• Strong attention to detail with a commitment to high-quality standards.
• Excellent time management skills to efficiently complete tasks within designated time frames.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Good communication skills for effective interaction with guests and staff.
