Duties

• Thoroughly clean and sanitize guest rooms, including making beds, dusting, vacuuming, and replenishing supplies to ensure a pristine environment.
• Maintain cleanliness of public areas such as lobbies, hallways, restrooms, and dining spaces by sweeping, mopping, dusting, and disinfecting surfaces.
• Perform detailed floor care tasks including carpet cleaning and floor polishing to uphold high standards of appearance.
• Handle laundry duties such as washing, folding, and organizing linens and towels efficiently.
• Follow safety protocols during cleaning procedures and operate janitorial equipment responsibly.
• Report maintenance issues or damages promptly to ensure swift resolution and guest safety.
• Adhere to all health and safety regulations while delivering exceptional custodial service with a positive attitude.

Qualifications

• Prior experience in hotel housekeeping or custodial roles is highly preferred.
• Strong knowledge of cleaning techniques, floor care methods, and janitorial equipment operation.
• Experience with industrial cleaning or commercial janitorial services is a plus.
• Demonstrated ability to work efficiently in fast-paced environments while maintaining attention to detail.
• Excellent communication skills and a team-oriented mindset are essential.
