The Bishop Hotel is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented part time Front Desk overnight shift to join our team two nights a week. The Overnight shift plays a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our hotel during the night shift. This position is responsible for managing front desk operations, answering calls and emails, assisting guests with late check-in's and early check outs, and providing exceptional guest services. The ideal candidate will possess strong customer service skills and ability to work and complete tasks unsupervised.

Duties Include

• Wednesday & Thursday 11pm - 7am
• Answer Calls & Emails as Needed
• Assist Guest with check-in and check-out
• Pre-set up the guest breakfast area
• No "Night Audit" work required

Qualifications

• Must be able to remain awake for the full shift.
• While you will be fully trained on our reservation system, you must be comfortable and proficient working on a computer.
• Ability to adhere to the schedule and arrive to shifts on time
• Ability to pass a background check
• Strong Customer Service skills
• While experience is helpful, we are willing to train the right candidate.
