Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and friendly Front Desk Agent to join our team in providing exceptional service to our guests. As the first point of contact, you will play a crucial role in creating a welcoming atmosphere and ensuring that all guest needs are met efficiently. This position requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and a passion for hospitality.

Duties

• Greet guests upon arrival with a warm and friendly demeanor.
• Check guests in and out of the hotel efficiently while ensuring accuracy in billing and reservations.
• Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints promptly and professionally.
• Maintain knowledge of hotel services, local attractions, and events to provide guests with relevant information.
• Assist with night audit duties as required, ensuring all financial transactions are accurately recorded.
• Manage phone calls with professionalism, providing information and assistance as needed.
• Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure guest satisfaction regarding room conditions.
• Uphold hotel policies and procedures while maintaining confidentiality of guest information.

Skills

• Strong customer service skills with a focus on guest relations.
• Experience in hotel management or hospitality is preferred.
• Multilingual abilities are a plus to cater to diverse clientele.
• Excellent phone etiquette for effective communication with guests.
• Familiarity with night audit processes is advantageous.
