Hotel Night Auditor (Tuesday & Wednesday Nights Only)

Shift: 11:00pm - 7:00am

Responsibilities:

• Ensure accurate and timely recording of daily outlet totals
• Assist in the closing of daily work for all outlets and posting correct daily totals
• Perform daily backups on systems and perform necessary maintenance when situations arise
• Input all POS summary information into daily Excel revenue spreadsheet and post daily revenue
• Balance daily credit card postings and transmit through company systems for settlement
• Ensure proper distributions of daily reports in a timely manner and also ensure that all accounting reports are filed away properly
• Notify proper outlets when discrepancies arise
• Perform all activities in a professional manner and in accordance with company policies

Requirements:

• Previous night audit experience preferred
• Understanding of hotel operations preferred
• Knowledge of Excel

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $15.00 - $16.00 per hour
