Location: Lipa City, Batangas
Type: Full-Time

About the Role
The Hotel Operations Manager will lead the day-to-day operations of a boutique hotel, ensuring exceptional guest experience, smooth workflow across departments, and consistent service standards. This role is responsible for supervising front office, housekeeping, maintenance, security, and overall guest services while driving operational efficiency and team performance.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily hotel operations and ensure high-quality service delivery.
  • Supervise and train staff
  • Manage guest concerns professionally and ensure prompt resolution.
  • Monitor occupancy, room readiness, cleanliness standards, and inventory levels.
  • Implement operational policies, SOPs, and service improvements.
  • Coordinate with management on budgets, reports, and operational targets.
  • Maintain a safe, clean, and guest-friendly environment.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management or related field preferred.
  • At least 2–3 years of experience in hotel leadership.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Customer-focused mindset with high attention to detail.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays as needed.

Job Type: Fixed term
Contract length: 5 months

Pay: Php30,000.00 - Php60,000.00 per month
