Hotel Operations Manager

We are an 80room Business Hotel in Mandaue City. We are looking for

HOTEL OPERATIONS MANAGER

Responsible for the overall success of the hotel, meeting or exceeding planned objectives for revenue and profit, and ensuring guest satisfaction and product quality standards are met. Manages all areas of the hotel in accordance with standards to achieve superior guest service and product quality. Provides exemplary performance for staff to follow.

Responsibilities:

• Solicit new business for the hotel; establish long lasting business relationships within the business community and hotel industry
• Stay current on local market conditions
• Develop and implement strategies that will ensure a positive experience that exceeds guest’s expectations
• Work collaboratively with all department to make sure operations are running smoothly with one another
• Oversee the upkeep and maintenance of hotel facilities, equipment and machines.
• Establish and maintain standards for staff performance and customer service
• Resolve issues regarding hotel services, amenities, human resource and facilities
• Coordinate with external parties including suppliers, corporate clients, travel agencies and event planners.
• Evaluate hotel performance and ensure compliance with health and safety rules
• Monitor building renovations (e.g. construction needs and personnel)
• Assist in government permits and compliance

Requirements:

• 3 to 5 years experience in hotel managerial position
• With hands-on knowledge in hotel property software system, OTAs extranet and various computer programs
• Outstanding interpersonal communication and customer service skills
• Exceptional Leadership abilities with great attention to detail
• Knowledge in construction and engineering in hotel a plus
• Social Media savy
• Can drive
• Currently located in Cebu and can start soon

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php25,000.00 - Php35,000.00 per month

Experience:

• Hotel Managerial: 5 years (Preferred)
