About the Opportunity

Join a fast-growing fitness brand and lead an already thriving studio. Our HOTWORX Polaris location is an established studio with over 700 active members, offering a strong foundation and immediate opportunity to lead, grow, and develop a high-performing team.

HOTWORX is a 24-hour infrared fitness studio that combines infrared saunas with virtual instruction for powerful 15-minute HIIT and 40-minute isometric workouts. As General Manager, you will oversee studio operations, sales performance, member experience, and team leadership.

Key Responsibilities

Leadership & Team Management

• Hire, train, and coach studio staff
• Create a positive, high-energy team culture
• Schedule staff and manage accountability for performance
• Lead daily sales and operations meetings

Sales & Membership Growth

• Drive new membership sales and retention
• Follow up with leads and manage outreach systems
• Track KPIs including conversions, tours, and revenue
• Execute local marketing and community partnerships

Operations Management

• Oversee daily studio operations
• Ensure exceptional member experience
• Maintain studio cleanliness and brand standards
• Manage inventory, retail sales, and vending

Member Experience

• Build relationships with members
• Resolve issues quickly and professionally
• Foster a welcoming fitness community

Qualifications

• 2+ years of management experience (fitness, retail, hospitality, or sales preferred)
• Strong sales and leadership background
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Ability to motivate a team and drive results
• Passion for health, fitness, and customer service

Pay: $50,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
