Full-Time Residential Cleaning Specialist - $22-25+/Hour

What You'll Do:

Provide professional residential home cleaning & occasional office cleaning

Work independently 75% of the time, team collaboration 25%

Use smartphone app for scheduling and documentation

Maintain high quality standards (96%+ client satisfaction)

Work in pet-friendly environments

We're Looking For:

Must Have: 21+ years old

Legally authorized to work in the United States

Valid driver's license & full time use of a reliable, insured vehicle

Smartphone with GPS

Physical stamina for active 8 hour work days

Pass background check and drug screening

Professional, caring attitude

Self-motivated and team-oriented

Physical Requirements:

Lift, push, and pull 25 lbs regularly

Climb stairs, bend, stoop, reach, kneel continuously throughout the day

Stand and clean actively for up to 8 hours daily

Work in various home conditions

Comfortable working around pets and pet hair/dander regularly

Drive personal vehicle between 2, sometimes 3 locations daily (paid mileage between homes)

What We Offer:

Training Pay: $19/hour (1st 2 weeks)

Full Pay: $22-$25/hour after training
