Job Opening: Household Manager / Housekeeper (60%) – Cham, Zug Region

A warm, active, and nature-loving family near Zug, Switzerland, is looking for a reliable, positive, and experienced household manager to support the smooth running of their home. If you’re proactive, organized, and love creating a welcoming environment, this could be the perfect long-term role for you.

Location: Cham (Innerschweiz region) – easily accessible by public transport and car
Schedule:

• Part-time (60%)
• Occasional evenings or weekends (paid extra—only if you're open to it)

Key Responsibilities:

• Grocery shopping and preparing healthy, mostly vegetarian meals
• Indoor and outdoor cleaning, including care for high-end surfaces and materials
• Laundry and wardrobe care
• Organizing and managing daily household routines
• Driving to appointments and errands (car provided for work-related use)
• Supporting with simple admin and appointment coordination (basic German required)
• Occasional dog walking

About You:

• Several years of experience in a similar private household role
• Independent, hands-on, and proactive
• Cheerful, respectful, and discreet
• Organized, reliable, and flexible
• Enjoys working around people, animals, and nature
• Holds a valid driving license and is confident behind the wheel
• Languages: Swiss German, German, or English (strong level of German essential if not native)
