Duties

• Perform thorough cleaning of assigned areas, including guest rooms, hallways, and common areas.
• Ensure all surfaces are sanitized and free of dust, dirt, and debris.
• Manage housekeeping supplies efficiently, reporting any shortages or needs for replenishment.
• Conduct floor care tasks such as sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and polishing as required.
• Assist with laundry services by washing, drying, folding, and organizing linens and towels.
• Follow established safety protocols to maintain a safe working environment.
• Collaborate with other staff members to ensure high standards of cleanliness and guest satisfaction.
• Respond promptly to requests from guests or management regarding cleaning needs or special requests.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in housekeeping management or custodial services is preferred.
• Familiarity with industrial cleaning practices and hospitality standards is a plus.
• Strong attention to detail with a commitment to delivering high-quality results.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively.
• Physical stamina to perform cleaning duties that may involve lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods.
