We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Housekeeper to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in maintaining cleanliness and orderliness in various settings, ensuring that all areas are hygienic and welcoming. This position is essential for providing a pleasant environment for guests and staff alike, whether in a hospitality setting, residential home, or commercial space.

Duties

• Perform thorough cleaning of assigned areas, including bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchens, and common areas.
• Utilize appropriate cleaning supplies and equipment to ensure high standards of cleanliness.
• Conduct floor care tasks such as sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and polishing surfaces.
• Manage housekeeping tasks efficiently to meet deadlines while maintaining quality.
• Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to management promptly.
• Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and notify management when restocking is necessary.
• Adhere to health and safety regulations at all times.

Skills

• Proven experience in custodial or housekeeping roles is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of industrial cleaning techniques and equipment.
• Familiarity with housekeeping management practices in hospitality settings is a plus.
• Attention to detail with the ability to clean thoroughly and efficiently.
• Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tasks effectively.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
• Strong communication skills to interact positively with guests and staff.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $14.00 - $15.00 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 30 per week
