Housekeeper

Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Housekeeper to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and organization in various settings, ensuring a welcoming and comfortable environment for guests or residents. This role requires a strong commitment to quality service and an ability to manage time effectively while performing a variety of cleaning tasks.

Duties

• Perform routine cleaning tasks such as dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing surfaces.
• Launder linens and towels, ensuring they are clean and well-presented.
• Cook simple meals as needed, adhering to dietary restrictions or preferences.
• Provide excellent customer service by addressing guest inquiries and needs promptly.
• Organize supplies and equipment, maintaining an orderly storage area.
• Communicate effectively with team members and management to ensure smooth operations.
• Assist in hospitality-related tasks, creating a welcoming atmosphere for guests.

Skills

• Strong cleaning skills with attention to detail.
• Excellent time management abilities to prioritize tasks efficiently.
• Proficient in English; knowledge of French is a plus.
• Effective communication skills for interacting with guests and team members.
• Organizational skills to maintain cleanliness and order in assigned areas.
• A background in hospitality is preferred but not required.
