Housekeeper

Job Summary
We are seeking a reliable, detail-oriented housekeeper to maintain cleanliness and appearance standards for a high-rise, multi-family residential property. The ideal candidate will take pride in ensuring all common areas and amenities are clean, safe, and inviting for residents, guest, and staff.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

· Clean and maintain common areas, including

· Lobbies

· Elevators

· Hallways

· Stairwells

· Leasing office

· Fitness Center

· Community rooms

· Public restrooms

Clean and sanitize high touch surfaces and fixtures

Remove trash and recycling from common areas and exterior

Assist with apartment turnover cleaning as needed

Monitor and replenish cleaning supplies and report inventory needs

Identify and report any maintenance or safety issues

Follow all safety and sanitation policies and procedures

Support the on-site team with occasional event setup and post event cleanup

Maintain a professional and courteous demeanor with residents and staff

QUALIFICATIONS

Previous housekeeping, janitorial, or custodial experience.

Strong attention to detail and cleanliness standards

Ability to work independently and follow instructions

Physically able to lift, bend, walk and stand for extended periods of time

Reliable transportation to and from the downtown property

Pay: $16.00 - $17.00 per hour
