Housekeeper

Drifter is seeking a Housekeeper to join our team in Christchurch.

This is a permanent position with a minimum of 30 hours per week.

Pay Rate: NZD $28.69

Key responsibilities:

• Clean and service guest rooms, bathrooms and common areas
• Change linen and replenish guest amenities
• Maintain cleanliness and presentation standards throughout the property
• Report maintenance issues and safety hazards
• Follow workplace health and safety procedures
• Assist with other housekeeping duties as required

Requirements:

• Ability to perform physical tasks including lifting, bending and standing for extended periods
• Reliable, punctual and able to work as part of a team
• Ability to follow instructions and maintain cleaning standards
• Availability to work a rotating roster, including weekends and public holidays

Previous experience in housekeeping, cleaning, accommodation, hospitality, or a similar environment is preferred.
