We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Housekeeper to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and orderliness in residential or commercial settings. This role requires a strong commitment to sanitation and customer service, ensuring that all areas are kept to the highest standards of cleanliness.

Duties

• Perform thorough cleaning of assigned areas, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing surfaces.
• Manage housekeeping tasks efficiently, ensuring all rooms and common areas are clean and well-maintained.
• Execute residential cleaning duties such as laundry, cooking, and organizing spaces as needed.
• Provide custodial services in commercial settings, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.
• Maintain floor care by sweeping, waxing, and polishing surfaces to enhance appearance and longevity.
• Respond promptly to guest requests or concerns with a focus on excellent customer service.
• Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to management for immediate attention.

Experience

• Previous experience in housekeeping management or a similar role is preferred but not required.
• Familiarity with residential cleaning practices, hotel operations, or commercial cleaning standards is a plus.
• Strong understanding of sanitation practices and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with clients and team members.
• A willingness to learn new techniques and adapt to various cleaning environments is essential.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $13.73 - $16.82 per hour

Schedule:

• On call
• Weekends as needed
