Housekeeper/Cleaner

Job Description:

We are looking for a reliable, experienced, and detail-oriented Housekeeper / Cleaner to help manage the daily upkeep of a busy private household. The ideal candidate will take pride in their work, be proactive, and maintain high standards of cleanliness and organisation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Daily cleaning and maintenance of all rooms, including bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchen, and living areas
• Dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing surfaces
• Laundry: washing, drying, ironing, folding, and putting away clothes and linens
• Changing bed linens and towels regularly
• Keeping household supplies stocked and reporting when items need replenishing
• Occasional deep cleaning (e.g., windows, fridge, oven, baseboards)
• Organisational tasks such as tidying storage areas and keeping household items in order
• Light errands may be required, you must be able to drive.
• Respecting the privacy and preferences of household members

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a housekeeper, cleaner, or in a similar role
• Excellent attention to detail and high cleaning standards
• Trustworthy, discreet, and respectful
• Good time management and the ability to work independently
• Physically fit and capable of handling cleaning equipment and tasks
• Driver’s license required.

Preferred (but not essential):

• Experience working in a private household
• Basic cooking or meal prep skills
• Pet-friendly

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: €15.00 per hour

Expected hours: 15 per week

Experience:

• Cleaning: 2 years (preferred)
