Housekeeper/Room Attendant

Overview
We are seeking dedicated and detail-oriented Housekeepers to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in maintaining cleanliness and order in our facilities, ensuring a welcoming environment for guests and staff alike. This position requires a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Perform thorough cleaning of guest rooms, common areas, and facilities according to established standards.
• Dust, vacuum, and mop floors; clean windows; and sanitize bathrooms.
• Change bed linens and towels, ensuring all items are fresh and well-presented.
• Restock supplies in guest rooms and common areas as needed.
• Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to management promptly.
• Follow all health and safety regulations while performing cleaning duties.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient workflow and high-quality service.
• Physical stamina and mobility including the ability to reach, kneel, and bend.
• Sort, wash, load, and unload laundry, help fold and put away laundry.

Skills

• Proven experience in housekeeping role is preferred.
• Familiarity with cleaning techniques and equipment is a plus.
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to maintain high cleaning standards.
• Excellent time management skills to effectively prioritize tasks.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining quality service.
• Knowledge of hospitality standards, particularly within hotel settings, is beneficial.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work well with others.

We are currently looking to hire experienced part time housekeepers. Must be flexible, variety of hours between 15-20 hours weekly. Must be available weekends from 830am-4pm.

Pay: From $17.00 per hour

Expected hours: 15 – 20 per week
