Duties

• Perform thorough cleaning of residential homes, hotels, or commercial facilities, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and surface sanitization
• Maintain high standards of sanitation by disinfecting bathrooms, kitchens, and common areas
• Care for flooring through sweeping, carpet cleaning, and floor care techniques to ensure surfaces are spotless and well-maintained
• Use appropriate cleaning agents and equipment to achieve optimal results while adhering to safety protocols
• Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client needs professionally and courteously

Skills

• Proven experience in residential cleaning, hotel housekeeping, or commercial janitorial work with a focus on sanitation and floor care
• Strong knowledge of cleaning techniques
• Excellent customer service skills with a friendly and professional demeanor
• Familiarity with various cleaning products and their appropriate use to ensure effective sanitation without damage
• Ability to work independently or as part of a team in fast-paced environments
