Front desk and housekeeping experience preferred, but willing to train the right person for the position.
Front Desk Duties
- Registering, cancelling and changing room reservation requests
- Investigating and resolving customer complaints or questions
- Answering telephone calls
- Maintaining an inventory of reservations, vacancies, and room assignments
- Providing information on motel facilities and services through the telephone, email or in person
- Perform light housekeeping, laundry and cleaning duties
- Balance cash and completing end of shift reports
Housekeeping Assistant must possess physical stamina and mobility including the ability to reach, kneel, bend, walk up & down flight of stairs. Attention to detail is a must.
- Duties include: Sweep, vacuum & mop floors.
- Dust and polish furniture.
- Empty and clean trash containers, clean sinks, mirrors, bathtubs, and showers.
- Wipe down all glass surfaces including windows.
- Make beds, and change linens.
- Sort, wash, load, and unload laundry.
- Help fold and put away clean laundry.
- Vaccuum stairwells and outdoor walkways.
- Clean and restock your cleaning cart and report any necessary repairs in rooms.

- Front Desk Clerk
- Housekeeping Assistant
- Laundry Assistant
- Holidays
- Weekdays and weekends
Rotational weekly shifts:
Week 1
- Monday & Sunday 3pm to 10pm
- Thursday & Friday 8am to 3pm
Total = 28 hours
Week 2
- Monday & Sunday 3pm to 10pm
- Wednesday, Thursday and Saturday 8am to 3pm
Total = 35 hours
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: $17.00 per hour
Expected hours: 28 – 35 per week
