<Job Summary>
We are seeking a detail-oriented and energetic Housekeeping Inspector to ensure the highest standards of cleanliness, safety, and hospitality are maintained across our property. In this vital role, you will oversee the quality of housekeeping services, conduct inspections, and provide guidance to housekeeping staff to deliver exceptional guest experiences. Your proactive approach will help uphold our commitment to cleanliness, safety, and guest satisfaction, creating a welcoming environment for all visitors.
<Responsibilities>
- Perform thorough inspections of guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house spaces to verify cleanliness and adherence to standards.
- Identify areas needing improvement and communicate feedback effectively to housekeeping teams.
- Ensure proper cleaning procedures are followed, including floor care, dusting, sanitation, and waste disposal.
- Monitor and evaluate housekeeping staff performance, providing coaching and training as needed.
- Conduct routine checks on equipment and supplies to ensure availability and proper functioning for efficient cleaning operations.
- Maintain detailed records of inspections, deficiencies, and corrective actions taken.
- Collaborate with management to develop and implement quality assurance protocols that enhance service excellence.
<Qualifications>
- Proven experience in hotel housekeeping, janitorial services, or industrial cleaning environments.
- Strong knowledge of cleaning techniques, floor care methods, and custodial best practices.
- Previous experience in hospitality or housekeeper management is highly desirable.
- Excellent attention to detail with a keen eye for cleanliness and safety standards.
- Ability to lead inspection processes confidently while providing constructive feedback.
- Good communication skills to coordinate effectively with team members and management.
- Physical stamina to perform inspections that may require walking, standing for extended periods, and lifting cleaning supplies or equipment.
