<Responsibilities>

• Perform thorough inspections of guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house spaces to verify cleanliness and adherence to standards.
• Identify areas needing improvement and communicate feedback effectively to housekeeping teams.
• Ensure proper cleaning procedures are followed, including floor care, dusting, sanitation, and waste disposal.
• Monitor and evaluate housekeeping staff performance, providing coaching and training as needed.
• Conduct routine checks on equipment and supplies to ensure availability and proper functioning for efficient cleaning operations.
• Maintain detailed records of inspections, deficiencies, and corrective actions taken.
• Collaborate with management to develop and implement quality assurance protocols that enhance service excellence.

<Qualifications>

• Proven experience in hotel housekeeping, janitorial services, or industrial cleaning environments.
• Strong knowledge of cleaning techniques, floor care methods, and custodial best practices.
• Previous experience in hospitality or housekeeper management is highly desirable.
• Excellent attention to detail with a keen eye for cleanliness and safety standards.
• Ability to lead inspection processes confidently while providing constructive feedback.
• Good communication skills to coordinate effectively with team members and management.
• Physical stamina to perform inspections that may require walking, standing for extended periods, and lifting cleaning supplies or equipment.
