Housekeeping Lobby Attendant (Part-Time)

QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS

• Part-time with availability for varied day or evening shifts. Must be available weekends.
• Prior experience in a cleaning role preferred.
• A true desire to satisfy the needs of others in a fast-paced environment.
• Friendly and reliable with excellent attention to detail.

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS

• Clean assigned public areas including dusting, polishing, vacuuming, glass cleaning and trash removal. Perform quality check on public space televisions, telephones, lamps and other mechanicals. Ensue proper use cleaning equipment and supplies.
• Walk all assigned spaces to remove newspapers, trash, empty ash receptacles and note any areas that require immediate cleaning.
• Assist with other housekeeping support functions to include laundry, guest request deliveries, and cleaning of guest rooms.
• Take an active role in understanding and anticipating guest needs to provide authentic and personalized service.
• Ensure a timely response to guest requests and address concerns beyond satisfaction.
• Be on time and at work when scheduled, and in proper uniform.
• Maintain a consistent professional and positive attitude when communicating with guests, vendors and associates.
• Report any incidents of guest dissatisfaction and unusual matters of significance to manager / supervisor so that corrective measures may be taken.
• Ensure compliance with sanitation, safety, security and emergency procedures.
• Any other tasks / duties as requested by management.
