Housekeeping Public Area Attendant

• Perform routine inspections of buildings to identify and address maintenance needs, including plumbing, electrical, and structural issues.
• Conduct repairs on doors, windows, floors, and walls to maintain a secure and aesthetically pleasing environment.
• Maintain outdoor areas by removing debris to enhance the overall appearance and safety of the property.
• Inspect, clean, and repair heating, ventilation, and air conditioning (HVAC) systems to ensure optimal performance.
• Change filters and troubleshoot issues to maintain a comfortable indoor climate.
• Address plumbing problems, such as leaks, clogs, and faulty fixtures.
• Conduct basic electrical repairs, including replacing outlets, switches, and light fixtures.
• Troubleshoot and repair minor issues in tools and equipment used in daily operations.
• Conduct safety inspections of facilities to identify and address potential hazards.
• Paint and finish surfaces to maintain a fresh and clean appearance, both indoors and outdoors.
• Repair and patch walls, ceilings, and other surfaces as needed.
• Janitorial duties
• Perform janitorial tasks, including cleaning common areas, restrooms, and break rooms.
• Ensure a sanitary and hygienic environment for occupants.
• Assist in renovation projects by providing support in tasks such as demolition, removal of old fixtures, and installation of new components.

Work Location: In person
