Housekeeping Staff / Towel Attendant

Job Summary:

This position directly reports to the Operations Manager. The Towel and Housekeeping Attendant is responsible for maintaining the cleanliness, orderliness, and hygiene of Spa facilities. This role ensures that towels, linens, and spa areas are always clean, properly stocked, and presented to meet spa standards, contributing to a safe, relaxing, and pleasant experience for clients and staff.

Duties and Responsibilities:

1. Towel & Linen Management

1.1 Collect, sort, wash, dry, fold, and store towels, linens, and spa garments

1.2 Ensure a continuous supply of clean towels in treatment rooms, locker areas, and common areas

1.3 Monitor towel and linen inventory and report shortages or damages

1.4 Follow proper laundering, sanitation, and hygiene standards

2. Housekeeping & Cleaning

2.1 Clean and sanitize spa facilities including treatment rooms, bathrooms, locker rooms, staff areas, and common spaces

2.2 Dispose of waste properly and maintain cleanliness throughout the shift

2.3 Ensure floors, surfaces, mirrors, and fixtures are clean and well-maintained

2.4 Replenish toiletries, supplies, and amenities as needed

3. Spa Support

3.1 Assist therapists and staff by preparing rooms before and after treatments

3.2 Ensure treatment rooms are properly set up according to spa standards

3.3 Maintain a calm, professional, and respectful presence within spa premises

4. Health, Safety, and Compliance

4.1 Follow health, safety, and sanitation protocols at all times

4.2 Report maintenance issues, damaged equipment, or safety concerns immediately

4.3 Comply with company policies, workplace rules, and confidentiality standards

5. Others: Performs other duties that may be assigned from time to time by Immediate Supervisor and/or Management.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php18,000.00 - Php20,000.00 per month
