Description of Role:
Eden One are delighted to be expanding their exceptional Housekeeping team and are now recruiting for an experienced Housekeeping Supervisor to join the team in Ballsbridge, Dublin 4. This is a hands-on supervisory role suited to someone with a passion for luxury hospitality, high standards, and people leadership.
The successful candidate will report directly to the Housekeeping Manager, supporting them in overseeing the day-to-day running of the department, supervising the team, and assisting with training and development.
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years’ experience working in a luxury hospitality setting, along with at least 1 year of supervisory or team leader experience. They will be enthusiastic, detail-focused, and motivated to lead and inspire a team to deliver the highest level of cleanliness and service for our members and day spa guests.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience in housekeeping within a luxury hospitality environment
- At least 1 year of supervisory or team leader experience
- Strong leadership and organisational skills
- Excellent attention to detail and high standards of cleanliness
- Ability to train, motivate and supervise a housekeeping team
- Good knowledge of cleaning procedures, equipment, and health & safety standards
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
- Flexibility with working hours including weekends, nights and holidays
- A friendly, positive and professional attitude
Key Duties & Responsibilities:
- Report directly to the Housekeeping Manager and support them in the daily operations of the department
- Supervise and coordinate the activities of the housekeeping team to ensure service excellence
- Provide hands-on support with cleaning tasks and ensure all areas meet luxury standards
- Assist with the induction, ongoing training, and performance development of housekeeping staff (day and night teams)
- Conduct regular inspections of club areas to ensure standards are consistently upheld
- Monitor housekeeping supplies and manage inventory levels
- Support with staff scheduling and daily task allocation
- Identify and report maintenance or repair needs promptly
- Ensure all team members adhere to health, safety, and hygiene procedures
- Foster a positive and productive team environment focused on delivering exceptional member and guest experiences
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: €32,000.00-€34,000.00 per year
