Responsibilities

• Assist the Housekeeping Manager in overseeing daily cleaning operations across all guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house spaces.
• Supervise and motivate housekeeping staff to ensure high-quality cleaning standards are consistently met.
• Coordinate cleaning schedules, assign tasks, and monitor progress to optimize efficiency and service delivery.
• Conduct inspections of rooms and facilities to ensure compliance with cleanliness, safety, and hygiene standards.
• Support laundry operations, including sorting, washing, folding, and maintaining linen inventory.
• Train new team members on cleaning procedures, safety protocols, and customer service expectations.
• Manage inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment, ensuring proper usage and timely replenishment.

Experience

• Proven supervising experience in a hospitality or janitorial setting, demonstrating leadership skills and team management.
• Strong background in cleaning, custodial work, or hotel housekeeping operations with an emphasis on quality control.
• Familiarity with commercial cleaning techniques and equipment used in large-scale facilities or hotels.
• Experience with laundry processes within a hospitality environment is highly desirable.
• Knowledge of hospitality standards and customer service principles to enhance guest experiences.
• Ability to lead by example with excellent communication skills and a proactive approach to problem-solving. Pay: $14.00 - $15.00 per hour
