Housekeeping Team Leader – Join Our Growing Team in Central Stockholm!

Location: Stockholm (Norrmalm)
Salary: 30,500 SEK/month
Hours: 37.5 hrs/week
Start: Middle of June

Do you have a passion for creating spotless spaces and leading a team with positive energy? We are expanding our portfolio of centrally located hotels in Stockholm and are looking for a flexible and motivated Housekeeping Team Leader to join our team!

What You'll Be Doing:

• Supervise the housekeeping team to ensure guest rooms and common areas meet our Unicorn-standard of cleanliness
• Inspect rooms, stairways, lounges, and other public spaces
• Ensure all check-in rooms are ready on time
• Participate in cleaning activities when needed
• Train and guide staff on cleanliness, tidiness, and hygiene protocols
• Motivate and support team members to deliver top-quality service
• Handle guest complaints and special requests with professionalism
• Help create “wow” moments for our guests

About You:

• Experience in housekeeping and operations (hotel or serviced apartments preferred)
• Strong organizational and customer service skills
• Energetic team leader who communicates clearly and professionally
• Physically fit and comfortable with the physical demands of the role
• Able to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks
• Must be flexible, including availability on weekends
• Fluent in English (spoken and written)
