Who We’re Looking For:

• At least 1 year of professional home cleaning experience
• Must have your own cleaning supplies and vacuum
• Dependable transportation to travel between client locations
• A smartphone for scheduling and communication
• Strong communication and a professional attitude
• Comfortable working as an Independent Contractor (1099)

Responsibilities:

• Standard, deep, move-in/out, and short-term rental cleanings
• Follow our cleaning checklist to ensure consistent quality
• Clean bathrooms, kitchens, living areas, and bedrooms
• Make beds, tidy surfaces, remove trash, and leave homes refreshed

Position Details:

• Contract / Part-Time
• $25–$30 per hour
• 20–40 hours per week
• Worcester County service area (travel required)
