Hr Admin Manager

Job Purpose:

To manage and oversee all aspects of human resources within the manpower agency, ensuring a skilled, engaged, and compliant workforce to meet the needs of clients and workers.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Recruitment and Selection:

· Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract and hire qualified manpower for various job placements.

· Conduct interviews, assess candidates, and make hiring decisions.

· Manage the recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, and onboarding.

· Maintain accurate records of recruitment activities and candidate information.

2. Employee Relations and Management

· Address and resolve employee concerns and grievances.

· Maintain a positive and productive work environment, ensuring retention of high performing talents

· Implement and enforce company policies and procedures.

· Ensure that the Code of Conduct is followed. Follow the due process of law when disciplining employees.

· Discipline Employees when needed

3. Training and Development:

· Identify training needs and develop training programs for employees.

· Oversee the implementation of training programs and evaluate their effectiveness.

· Ensure employees have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their jobs effectively.

4. Compensation and Benefits:

· Manage the company's compensation and benefits programs.

· Effectively use the company’s timekeeping and payroll system

· Ensure that employees are paid fairly, accurately an on time

· Stay up-to-date on industry trends in compensation and benefits.

5. Policies Formulation

· Craft policies for approval of Management to ensure that the basic and important policies are in place. This will ensure consistency of implementation

6. Performance Management:

· Develop and implement performance management systems.

· Conduct regular performance reviews and provide feedback to employees.

· Address performance issues and develop improvement plans.

7. Manpower Agency Specific:

· Understand the specific needs of the manpower agency and its clients.

· Work closely with Operations Team to ensure that workers are placed in appropriate jobs.

· Monitor the performance of workers in their placements.

· Address any issues that arise with workers in their placements.

8. Compliance and Legal:

· Ensure compliance with all relevant labor laws and regulations.

· Stay up-to-date on changes in labor laws and regulations.

· Maintain accurate records of employee information and compliance documentation.

Qualifications:

· Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

· Proven experience in HR management, preferably in a manpower agency or staffing environment.

· Strong knowledge of Philippine labor laws and regulations.

· Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.

· Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

· Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and HR software.
