Job Description:
As an HR Administrative Assistant, you will provide essential administrative support to the Human Resources department, ensuring smooth operations and efficient handling of HR tasks. The ideal candidate will have excellent organizational skills, a strong attention to detail, and a passion for supporting HR initiatives that foster a positive workplace culture.
Responsibilities:
- Assist in the recruitment process, including posting job openings, reviewing resumes, and coordinating interviews.
- Maintain and update employee records and HR databases.
- Assist with the onboarding process for new employees, including preparing orientation materials and scheduling training.
- Handle employee inquiries related to benefits, payroll, and other HR matters.
- Prepare and process HR-related paperwork, including new hire documents, performance reviews, and compliance reports.
- Help with organizing company events, training sessions, and team-building activities.
- Support payroll administration and ensure employee information is accurate.
- Assist with compliance-related tasks and audits.
- Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
- Other administrative duties as assigned by the HR department.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent (Associate's or Bachelor’s degree in HR or related field preferred).
- 1-2 years of experience in HR or administrative support role, ideally in a corporate environment.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with professionalism.
- Strong attention to detail and a proactive attitude.
- Knowledge of HR policies, practices, and employment laws is a plus.
