HR Administrator

As HR Administrator with BMC Manufacturing, you will contribute to the recruitment, onboarding, and document control for the growing number of employees working at their plants in Ashbourne, Ballycoolin and Kells. Based in Ballycoolin you will join the People and Culture Team who are spearheading and resourcing the company’s major expansion in 2025.

BMC manufacture world class Switchgear for use in Data Centres and Commercial Buildings world-wide. Production and quality standards are extremely high at BMC, and you will uphold these standards on a consistent basis.

The Role

Approaching our business through the prism of performance and progression your activities will be carried out through automated systems which requires a high level of knowledge and experience in Workforce Management and HR Management Software. (HR: DUO).

Duties & Responsibilities

You will be involved in the administration and automation in the following areas:

· Onboarding

· Inductions

· Performance Appraisals

· Reports and analysis

You will be an active participant of the People and Culture Team

You will have a role in refining and upgrading processes and systems.

Required

· Experience using Workforce Management and HR Management Software

· A positive and proactive attitude

· Excellent organisational ability

· The ability to recognise and meet deadlines.

This is permanent position and will carry a salary commensurate with your ability and experience.
