- The HR administration process such as preparing employee contracts, letters, statements, personnel files maintenance, sick leave administration and keeping track of attendance and filling personal paperwork for auditing purposes
- Ensuring all starter and leaver paperwork are processed in a timely manner as well as tracking of probation period and contract prolongation
- Managing the monthly payroll preparation for the region in cooperation with the DC Operations Team and the MK payroll team in Switzerland
- Maintaining HRIS (Workday) and other HR systems
- Preparing the monthly and annual regional reports with all employee data for the DC
- Supporting Operations Management with Organization of newcomer’s onboarding
- Supporting the day-to-day operations of the HR office and support in local projects e.g. recruitment, compensation & benefits, meetings etc.
- Associate/ Bachelor degree or equivalent, alternatively higher secondary education followed by vocational HR training
- A minimum of 2 years of HR administrational experience
- Knowledge of labor law, social security and regulations for the Netherlands
- Experienced in working for an international company, but also in an DC or production environment
- Excellent administrative, communication and organization skills
- Dutch and English fluently, both written and spoken
- Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and PowerPoint)
- Knowledge of Workday is a plus
