An HR Administrator plays a crucial role in supporting the Human Resources department by handling various administrative tasks. Here are some key responsibilities and qualifications for an HR Administrator:

Responsibilities:

  • Organizing and maintaining personnel records: Keeping employee records up to date and ensuring they are stored securely.
  • Updating internal HR databases: Recording employee information such as sick or maternity leave.
  • Preparing HR documents: Creating employment contracts, new hire guides, and other necessary documentation.
  • Assisting with payroll: Providing relevant employee information to the payroll department.
  • Participating in HR projects

Qualifications:

  • Educational background: A bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field.
  • Experience: Proven experience in an HR administrative role.

Skills:

  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Thorough knowledge of labor laws and employment regulations

Job Types: Full-time, Fixed term
Contract length: 12 months

Pay: €25,553.77-€30,000.00 per year
