Responsibilities:
- Organizing and maintaining personnel records: Keeping employee records up to date and ensuring they are stored securely.
- Updating internal HR databases: Recording employee information such as sick or maternity leave.
- Preparing HR documents: Creating employment contracts, new hire guides, and other necessary documentation.
- Assisting with payroll: Providing relevant employee information to the payroll department.
- Participating in HR projects
Qualifications:
- Educational background: A bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field.
- Experience: Proven experience in an HR administrative role.
Skills:
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Thorough knowledge of labor laws and employment regulations
