Do you have the drive and ambition to work within International Organisations across multiple sectors as an administrative professional? Due to continued expansion, we are seeking to recruit HR administrator to join our leadership and support team based in our Cork office.

Cork Branch


Schedule:
Monday to Friday


Role Type:
Permanent - Non Hybrid


Salary:
€30,000 annually


Responsibilities;


  • Telephone & Email Communications
  • Printing & Binding
  • General Enquiries
  • Operational Support
  • Employee Support
  • Customer Service
  • Preparing Reports
  • Liaising with Management


Role Requirements;


  • Administration & Operational Experience
  • English communication (Oral & Written) - Minimum B2
  • Valid work permit / visa (If applicable)
  • Basic IT Skills


General Requirements;


  • Ability to conduct a shift-based roster schedule
  • Availability for both weekdays & weekends shift schedule
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Ability to work off own initiative
