Hr Administrator
Company Information and Introduction:


Conaty Food & Catering Supplies, one of Ireland's leading catering suppliers to the hospitality industry, is looking for a dedicated HR Administrator.

Due to the continued expansion of our businesses, we are seeking to recruit a HR Administrator to work with our HR Team in our Blanchardstown site.


Key Responsibilities and Duties:

  • Co-ordinate the recruitment & selection process, ensuring job posts are accurate and refreshed, interviews are arranged and that candidate communication is timely and professional.

  • Manage the onboarding process for new recruits to include meet and greet of new hires, preparing induction documentation, scheduling training, PPE provision, completing HR documentation etc..

  • Carry out Manual Handling training for new starters and existing employees.

  • Maintain our employee database, ensuring all information is continuously updated.

  • Manage Health & Safety and compliance training records for new recruits and existing employees.

  • Ensure all HACCP documentation is up to date and completed to the required standard.

  • Resolve queries submitted by payroll.

  • Carry out all other ad hoc duties as they arise.


Key Skills and Competencies:

  • HR Qualification essential

  • CIPD membership preferable

  • Manual Handling Instructor qualification QQI Level 6

  • Minimum 1 years experience in a HR role

  • Minimum 2 years administrative experience

  • Excellent written and oral communication skills essential

  • Highly organised with strong attention to detail and the ability to work independently

  • Competent working knowledge of Ms Office

  • Strong written/numerical/analytical skills
