Emilio Immo Property is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive HR Assistant to support our growing operations in Sydney, NSW. This role is ideal for a motivated professional who is passionate about people operations and enjoys contributing to a structured and compliant workplace environment.
As an HR Assistant, you will provide administrative and coordination support across recruitment, onboarding, employee documentation, and internal HR processes within a dynamic property-focused organisation.
About the Role
The HR Assistant will work closely with the HR Manager and leadership team to ensure smooth day-to-day HR operations. You will help maintain accurate records, coordinate hiring activities, and support employee engagement initiatives while ensuring compliance with Australian employment standards.

Key Responsibilities
- Assist with recruitment coordination, including posting roles, screening applications, and scheduling interviews
- Prepare employment contracts, offer letters, and HR correspondence
- Support onboarding and offboarding processes
- Maintain and update employee records and HR databases
- Assist with payroll coordination and timesheet verification
- Ensure compliance with company policies and Australian employment regulations
- Support performance review documentation and HR reporting
- Coordinate internal HR communications and employee engagement initiatives
- Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism
Qualifications & Experience
- Certificate or Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- 1–2 years of experience in an HR or administrative role preferred
- Strong organisational and time management skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and HR systems
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail
- Understanding of Australian employment legislation is advantageous
