he Compensation and Benefits Specialist will be responsible for planning and managing compensation programs, conducting job evaluations, and ensuring the implementation of effective compensation structures. The specialist will also analyze data to ensure competitive and equitable compensation within the organization.

Qualifications

• Experience in Compensation Planning and Compensation Management
• Skills in Job Evaluation and developing Compensation Structures
• Proficient Analytical Skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work independently and effectively in a hybrid environment

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Php25,000.00 - Php35,000.00 per month
