Hr Assistant - Timekeeping
  • Timekeeping and Payroll Data Entry: Accurately compile work hours, overtime, leave, and absences to ensure correct payroll processing.
  • Leave Management: Manage leave requests, record leave days taken, and update leave balances accordingly.
  • Attendance Monitoring: Track and record attendance of all employees.
  • Reporting: Generate regular reports on employee attendance, absenteeism, and work hours for management review.
  • Coordination with HR and Operations: Collaborate with HR and plant supervisors to address attendance issues, tardiness, or absenteeism
  • Record Keeping: Maintain accurate and organized records of attendance, leave, and timesheets for audits and future reference.
  • Addressing Discrepancies: Investigate and resolve discrepancies or issues related to time records or attendance.
  • Assist Employees with Benefits: Provide guidance and support to employees regarding their benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, leave entitlements, and other HR-related benefits.
