Hr Assistant - Timekeeping

Responsibilities:

  • Ensure all timecard entries are accurate, complete, and comply with company policies and wage and hour laws.
  • Investigate and resolve any timekeeping discrepancies or issues.
  • Administer employee leave requests and track balances in the system.
  • Generate reports on timekeeping data for payroll processing, attendance tracking, and other HR needs.
  • Assist with the maintenance and updates of our timekeeping system.
  • Stay up-to-date on relevant wage and hour laws and regulations.
  • Assist with other HR tasks as needed .

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in HRDM or Psychology or any related field.
  • Years of experience in HR or any related field.
  • Proficiency with timekeeping systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Keen eye for detail and a passion for accuracy.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php20,000.00 - Php23,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
