Responsibilities:
- Ensure all timecard entries are accurate, complete, and comply with company policies and wage and hour laws.
- Investigate and resolve any timekeeping discrepancies or issues.
- Administer employee leave requests and track balances in the system.
- Generate reports on timekeeping data for payroll processing, attendance tracking, and other HR needs.
- Assist with the maintenance and updates of our timekeeping system.
- Stay up-to-date on relevant wage and hour laws and regulations.
- Assist with other HR tasks as needed .
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in HRDM or Psychology or any related field.
- Years of experience in HR or any related field.
- Proficiency with timekeeping systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Keen eye for detail and a passion for accuracy.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Php20,000.00 - Php23,000.00 per month
