We are seeking a Human Resources Business Partner who will serve as a strategic advisor and trusted partner to business leaders. This role plays a key part in driving organizational effectiveness by aligning HR strategies with business objectives, building talent capability, and fostering a high-performance culture across the organization.
You will collaborate closely with cross-functional HR Centers of Expertise (COEs) and leadership teams to deliver initiatives around talent management, organizational design, capability development, and change management.
Key Responsibilities
- Partner with business leaders to align HR strategies with overall business goals and operational needs.
- Lead talent development initiatives to strengthen leadership pipelines and succession planning.
- Co-create competency models that support hiring, performance, and development strategies.
- Design and implement programs to close skills gaps and enhance functional capabilities.
- Champion a performance-driven culture by managing goal-setting, reviews, and performance improvement plans.
- Drive change management and organizational transformation initiatives, ensuring employee engagement and readiness.
- Serve as a trusted advisor on employee relations, organizational design, and workforce planning.
- Collaborate with HR COEs to ensure effective execution of talent acquisition, learning, compensation, and engagement strategies.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, IT, or a related field.
- At least 10 years of progressive HR experience, preferably in shared services, technology, or multinational environments.
- Strong background in organizational development, change management, and business process improvement.
- Experience in using data and analytics to drive HR decisions (Power BI or similar tools preferred).
- Demonstrated success in implementing end-to-end HR programs and organizational interventions.
- Excellent communication, consulting, and stakeholder management skills.
