Hr Business Partner | Employee Relations Specialist

The opportunity

iOPEX Technologies is seeking an experienced HR-BP | Employee Relations Specialist to join our team in Taguig City, Metro Manila. This is a full-time position that will play a crucial role in maintaining positive employee-employer relationships and ensuring compliance with relevant labour laws and regulations.

Key responsibilities

• Provide guidance and support to managers on employee relations matters, including disciplinary processes, grievances, and performance management
• Investigate employee complaints and grievances, and facilitate resolutions in a fair and impartial manner
• Collaborate with the HR team to develop and implement policies, programs, and initiatives that foster a positive and inclusive work environment
• Ensure compliance with labor laws, regulations, and internal policies related to employee relations
• Deliver training and guidance to managers and employees on best practices in employee relations
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of employee relations activities and cases
• Assist with the implementation of employee engagement initiatives and events

What we're looking for

• Bachelor's degree in human resources, Industrial Relations, or a related field
• Minimum 1-3 years of experience in employee relations or a similar HR role
• Thorough knowledge of labor laws, regulations, and best practices in employee relations
• Strong problem-solving, conflict resolution, and negotiation skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build effective relationships with employees at all levels
• Experience in conducting investigations and managing sensitive employee relations cases
