We are looking for an experienced and agile HR Business Partner who enjoys working in an international environment and making a real impact across multiple European countries. In this role, you will work closely with business leaders and HR colleagues, partnering to align people strategies with business goals.
Key Responsibilities
- Partner with business leaders to drive talent management, succession planning, and organizational development
- Drive employee engagement by analyzing HR metrics and survey results to enable targeted actions that improve performance and employee experience
- Lead the performance management cycle, coaching managers on goal setting, feedback, performance reviews, and employee development
- Facilitate talent review and calibration forums, identifying high-potential talent and succession opportunities
- Advise managers on employee relations while ensuring compliance with Spanish and Italian employment legislation
- Support organizational design, workforce planning and change management
- Collaborate with HR teams to deliver strategic HR programs and ensure consistent implementation of people policies and best practices
- Analyze HR metrics to provide data-driven insights that improve organizational performance and the employee experience
- Proven experience as an HR Business Partner within an international environment
- A proactive, solution-driven mindset with a hands-on approach
- Strong experience in performance management, employee engagement, and talent review processes
- Solid understanding of Spanish and Italian employment law
- Fluency in Spanish and English is required; Italian is considered an advantage

- This is mainly an on-site role with hybrid options
