Hr Business Partner Specialist

Responsibility:

• Will handle case management (Employee Relations) and will assist in employee engagement
• Adept at managing sensitive and confidential information, demonstrating a high level of professionalism and integrity
• Ensure that data is up-to-date and stakeholders are informed of necessary information.

Qualifications:

• At least 2-3 years of related work experience as HR Business Partner in a BPO/Shares Services environment
• Bachelor's Degree in Psychology or Human Resource Development Management or related field
• Strong initiative, detail-oriented, and results-oriented
• Good communication skills, both written and oral in English
• Proficient in MS Office
• Willing to work on day shift schedule, mid-shift schedule (3pm - 12am) and/or night shift schedule (7pm - 4am, 9pm - 6am)
• Willing to work onsite in Market! Market! BGC and/or McKinley, Taguig City
• Can start as soon as possible

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to Php25,000.00 per month
