Hr Coordinator

• Guides employees to maintain standards of quality, safety, and productivitity.
• Acts as buddy to guide new employees in their integration period
• Maintains 201 Files containing employee records (Performance evaluation, discipline, documents, annual physical exam result among others)
• Documents violations on Company policies and work procedures
• Submits written reports on time
• Check attendance and Punctuality
• Approves operator's leaves of absence
• Counsels employees to improve work performance, quality, safety, and attendance
• Assist in processing employee clearance
• Performs other tasks that may be assigned by the immediate superior from time to time.

Qualification

• Graduate of any for year course.
• Preferably with experience in manufacturing company is an advantage
