HR Coordinator & Office Assistant – Pool Service Operations (Part-Time, Sanford FL)

We’re looking for a highly organized, people‑oriented professional to support our team and keep our operation running smoothly. As our HR Coordinator & Office Assistant, you’ll play a central role in hiring, onboarding, technician support, scheduling, and coordinating repairs for our weekly service stops.

What You’ll Do
- Support recruiting efforts: posting jobs, screening applicants, scheduling interviews
- Coordinate onboarding, training schedules, and new‑hire documentation
- Manage daily technician schedules and route adjustments
- Track repair requests, order parts, and coordinate repair appointments
- Communicate with customers regarding scheduling, follow‑ups, and service updates
- Maintain employee files, attendance records, and HR compliance documentation
- Assist with office operations: phones, email inbox management, vendor coordination
- Support leadership with reporting, checklists, and administrative tasks
What We’re Looking For
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Clear, professional communication (phone, text, and email)
- Experience in HR, office administration, or scheduling (preferred but not required)
- Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment with shifting priorities
- Comfort using scheduling software, spreadsheets, and digital tools
- A positive, solutions‑focused mindset
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus
