Hr Generalist

Colm Quinn BMW and MINI Group currently employ over 150 people across 4 locations in Athlone (2), Drogheda and Galway. We are currently looking for a HR Generalist to join our team.

Based in our BMW Retail Centre in Athlone, you will provide a range of HR supports to our 4 Retail Centres

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Recruiting suitably qualified people to join our team
• Maintaining and updating HR policies
• Maintaining and updating employee records
• Developing training plans and booking required training with BMW Group Academy and other providers as required
• Updating job descriptions as required
• Implementing an online HR platform across the Group.

What We’re Looking For:

• Proven experience as a HR Generalist
• Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
• Ability to work well as part of a busy team
• Understanding of employment law
• Experience in recruitment
• Full Driving License preferable
