KCD Group of Companies has been built through the years. It consists of a retail/ marketing company (Health Fusion & Sparkplug Media) and a service company (Nuliving Spa Studio & Escape Pod) with a total of 20-25 employees.

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Human Resources Officer located in Quezon City. The Human Resources Officer will be responsible for managing HR operations, developing and implementing HR policies, handling employee relations, doing regular performance evaluations and creating job descriptions. Day-to-day tasks include recruitment and onboarding, addressing employee grievances, ensuring compliance with labor laws, and coordinating training and development programs.

Qualifications

• HR Management and Human Resources (HR) skills
• Experience in developing and implementing HR Policies
• Can facilitate Employee Onboarding all the way to Disengagement
• Can do timekeeping/ payroll
• Employee Relations skills to manage disputes
• Proficiency in Job Description Development
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work collaboratively in an on-site setting
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred
• Experience in the human resources industry is a plus

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From Php25,000.00 per month
