Hr Generalist

HR Generalist are Responsible for providing strategic HR support and guidance to managers and employees within the organization.

• Coordinate the recruitment process, including posting job vacancies, screening resumes, and conducting interviews.
• Advise managers on performance management, employee relations, employee engagement, and other HR-related matters.
• Work with the HR team to ensure that employee-related processes and practices are fair, consistent, and transparent across the organization.
• Lead or participate in HR projects that support the strategic goals of the organization.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with managers and employees to ensure that HR practices and initiatives are well received and effectively implemented.
• Provide regular HR reporting and analysis to business leaders to help inform decision-making and monitor the effectiveness of HR programs and initiatives.
• Assist with new hire onboarding, including preparing new hire paperwork, and coordinating with other departments to ensure a smooth onboarding experience.
• Assist with employee relations issues, including responding to employee inquiries and concerns, and escalating issues to the appropriate person as needed.
• Ensure compliance with all labor laws and regulations.

• 8 hour shift

Supplemental Pay:

• 13th month salary
• Overtime pay
