Hr Generalist

We are seeking a highly competent and proactive HR Generalist to join our growing team in the pharmaceutical industry. You will be managing the day-to-day HR operations and support employee relations, payroll administration, recruitment, training, talent development, and compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle end-to-end employee lifecycle processes including onboarding, orientation, transfers, and exits.
  • Maintain and update employee records in HRIS systems and ensure data integrity.
  • Respond to employee inquiries and resolve HR-related issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Process monthly payroll in coordination with Finance and ensure timely salary disbursement.
  • Handle government-mandated contributions, tax compliance, and year-end reports.
  • Manage timekeeping systems and validate attendance and leave balances.
  • Serve as a point of contact for employee concerns and grievances, ensuring fair and consistent resolution.
  • Interpret and apply local labor laws, DOLE regulations, and internal policies.
  • Assist in disciplinary actions and documentation in compliance with labor code standards.
  • Coordinate recruitment efforts, including job postings, screening, and interview scheduling.
  • Support training and development initiatives to enhance employee performance and compliance.
  • Assist in performance appraisal processes and competency assessments.
  • Ensure HR practices align with company policies, industry standards, and legal requirements.
  • Participate in internal audits and prepare documentation for compliance checks.
  • Support HR-led initiatives including wellness programs, engagement activities, and corporate social responsibility events.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • At least 3–5 years of HR experience in the pharmaceutical, healthcare, or allied industry.
  • In-depth knowledge of Philippine labor laws, HR best practices, and statutory requirements.
  • Experience with payroll systems and HRIS platforms (e.g., SAP, Oracle, or local equivalents).
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong attention to detail, confidentiality, and organizational ability.
  • Preferably with experience handling a workforce with medical or scientific professionals.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Php35,000.00 - Php45,000.00 per month

Schedule:

  • 8 hour shift
  • Day shift
  • Monday to Friday
