We are seeking a highly competent and proactive HR Generalist to join our growing team in the pharmaceutical industry. You will be managing the day-to-day HR operations and support employee relations, payroll administration, recruitment, training, talent development, and compliance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle end-to-end employee lifecycle processes including onboarding, orientation, transfers, and exits.
- Maintain and update employee records in HRIS systems and ensure data integrity.
- Respond to employee inquiries and resolve HR-related issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Process monthly payroll in coordination with Finance and ensure timely salary disbursement.
- Handle government-mandated contributions, tax compliance, and year-end reports.
- Manage timekeeping systems and validate attendance and leave balances.
- Serve as a point of contact for employee concerns and grievances, ensuring fair and consistent resolution.
- Interpret and apply local labor laws, DOLE regulations, and internal policies.
- Assist in disciplinary actions and documentation in compliance with labor code standards.
- Coordinate recruitment efforts, including job postings, screening, and interview scheduling.
- Support training and development initiatives to enhance employee performance and compliance.
- Assist in performance appraisal processes and competency assessments.
- Ensure HR practices align with company policies, industry standards, and legal requirements.
- Participate in internal audits and prepare documentation for compliance checks.
- Support HR-led initiatives including wellness programs, engagement activities, and corporate social responsibility events.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- At least 3–5 years of HR experience in the pharmaceutical, healthcare, or allied industry.
- In-depth knowledge of Philippine labor laws, HR best practices, and statutory requirements.
- Experience with payroll systems and HRIS platforms (e.g., SAP, Oracle, or local equivalents).
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Strong attention to detail, confidentiality, and organizational ability.
- Preferably with experience handling a workforce with medical or scientific professionals.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: Php35,000.00 - Php45,000.00 per month
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
